Why did I become a headhunter?

In my past working life there were numerous times I encouraged or helped my friends and colleagues to build their career paths or upgrade their professional skills. All these I did naturally without ever thought of any kickback from anyone. Yet years down the road, people whom I have helped in one way or another still thank me for what I did for them. That in itself is an encouragement, not that I need that to help others.

Well, I must thank God for the opportunities to be exposed to various roles in diverse organizations in my careers. It's natural for me to use my knowledge and expertise to help others even more now.

I am a professional Headhunter and Education Consultant, specializing in education business startup, crisis management and turnaround. I am doing what I like and get paid for it. :)
