An Engineering & Construction is looking for HR Executive
You will be responsible in supporting the team to handle the full spectrum of HR Management processes with emphasis on recruitment and selection.
You may be appointed as the HRIS administrator to callaborate with IT department to define, specify and configure the HRIS system according to HR policies and procedures from end user perspective.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Business Admin or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of HR processes and operations in HRIS ERP environment would be advantageous.
- At least 2 years’ experience in professional & technical recruitment.
- Prior experience in Oracle system would be an advantage
