Instruction for CV Writing for all my clients' positions:

1. Please send CV in word doc (w/o table) as I need to do profiling before sending to clients.

2. Add Executive Summary at the top of your CV and include:
Industries: e.g. Finance, IT, manufacturing, etc
Functions: e.g. IT presale support, IT Solutions, Training, Accounting, etc
Strengths:

3. For each company you worked with, please indicate its industries (Finance, IT, manufacturing) and your last drawn pay. This is for our assessment purpose only and will be kept confidential.

4. You need to customize your CV to highlight and elaborate on your competency (skills) stated in our client's requirements. Pick up keys words or attributes stated in the job description.
