1. Requirements for Admin Assistant (Tuition Centre) - Full Time or Part time

You are to assist the Principal/ Supervisor in admin work and relief tutors when necessary.

* GCE 'O' Level with English and Math preferred
* Good at Microsoft Office and able to do admin work cum simple accounting
* Love to work with children and able to assist in teaching when necessary

Locations: Clementi (near MRT stn) available in Sep 07 ; other locations available end of 2007



Location: South-East


2. Requirements for Personal Assistant to Executive Director:
  • Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years experience in PA position working with Management
  • Experience in Non Profit Organization an advantage
  • Mature and be able to work independently
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work as a team and provide effective PA service to the management
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Management
  • Organizing appointments and arranging meetings
  • Organize and maintain an efficient confidential filing and retrieval system for the Director
  • Producing quality documents and presentation materials in line with Corporate standards
  • Ability to work well with other Christian-based organizations and the community




3. Requirements for Receptionist:
  • Min GCE O level and skills relevant to the position
  • Min 1 year relevant working experience
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Tactful in answering calls and enquiries from visitors
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly on the job
  • Able to handle stationery purchases, meeting room bookings as well as overseas travel arrangements
  • Collect, sort, despatch or distribute mails efficiently
  • Provide support for special events, annual and capital campaigns, manage fund raising database, enter contributions and pledge payments, etc
