Our client is a new Christian-based Non-profit Organization which believes in serving the community and the less fortunates regardless of language, race or religion.

Basic Requirements for ALL positions:

• Have a heart and passion for community services and would like be part of the organization to contribute using their talents.
• Have staying power to see and be instrumental to the organization's growth from nothing to one that touches the community.
• Have strong personal integrity
  

Executives:

• Diploma in Human Resource management
• 2 years working experience, of which 1 year in non-profit organization referred
• Good communication skills, persevering, resourceful, able to multi-tasks and work well with all levels of people
• Able to administer employee leave and benefits records
• Able to co-ordinate and arrangement of volunteers programme
• Submission and co-ordinate all staff insurance claims
• Maintaining and updating of satff information
• Involve in organizing company’s events / functions
• Provide other HR and office administrative support as assigned
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work well with other Christian-based organizations and the community
