Basic Requirements for ALL positions:
- Have a heart and passion for community services and would like be part of the organization to contribute using their talents.
- Have staying power to see and be instrumental to the organization's growth from nothing to one that touches the community.
- Have strong personal integrity
Executives:
- Diploma in Mass Communications/Public Relations or equivalent from a local Polytechnic
- 2 years working experience, of which min 1 year in non-profit organization preferred
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in desktop publishing application, Adobe InDesign
- Persevering, resourceful, able to multi-tasks and work well with all levels of people
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to assist in the planning, development and implementation of internal and external communication programme
- Able to co-ordinate and execute external communication initiatives such as internet, publicity and events
- Able to co-ordinate and execute internal communication initiatives such as newsletter and employee portal
- Ability to work well with other Christian-based organizations and the community
