Poor CV Writing

After seeing so many resumes and CVs in the course of my work, I realized that many job applicants, including managers and professionals, do not know how to write CV that wins. I have even encountered a Senior Manager who simply used his CV written 10 years ago to submit for his job application, hoping to get a higher pay job. I have to literally tell some of them off in order to help them succeed. But I don't have the luxury of time to teach each of them what to do.
