Working With A Headhunter

In my course of work, I have encountered many candidates who simply sent their CV to headhunting firms without addressing it to any specific headhunter. This is a bad practice as it will cause some problems for themselves as much as for the headhunters. In the end, their CV might be ignored or blacklisted in most cases.
