What is headhunting?


It is searching for the right talents for clients (companies) without massive advertisements that are usually costly, with little result, and might erode confidentiality of the companies concerned and the talented applicants. It is very different from what a recruitment agency usually does - i.e. advertise the job vacancies, hoping that good candidates will have the time to spot them and apply.


Why use headhunters?

One of the most important decisions that the Human Resource Department will make is recruiting the right people for key positions. In today’s Knowledge Age era, where there is a rampant war for talents, employers increasingly realize that successful individuals seldom look at advertisements for job opportunities.
